• Portions food for tray line.
• Stocks and restocks tray line stations with food supplies.
• Assists in loading trays onto meal trucks.
• Prepares and delivers patient between-meal nourishments and tube feedings.
• Inventories par stock for designated nursing units.
• Delivers late trays to patients.
• Retrieves trays from patient care area.
• Cleans and sanitizes assigned work area.
• Scrapes dishes and loads into dishwasher.
• Resets tray line for next meal.
