Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Trayline Attendant/Room Service Attendant to assemble and deliver patient meals in a hospital setting. You will prepare trays, ensure accuracy of orders, and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years related work experience required.
• Basic familiarity with computers; ability to navigate web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Assembles patient meals as ordered via the At Your Service Room Service Dining system.
• Delivers patient trays to patient rooms and nursing desks.
• Maintains sanitation of workstations, counters and equipment.
• Brews coffee and tea; prepares floor stock sheets and trays as needed.
• Delivers meals directly to patients and responds to questions about meals and menu selections.
• Adheres to HACCP safety and infection control policies.
