Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clinical nutrition and care team with special diets and restrictions.
• Run patient tray carts to maintain quality and ensure meals delivered on time.
• Communicate with management when recovery is needed or a safety concern occurs.
• Work with staff to communicate proper meal preparation.
• Focus on phone and email etiquette and customer service when interacting with patients, families and staff.
• Enter patient meal selections into the department's Food and Nutrition ordering software system.
• Verify patient meals match physician diet orders.
