Responsabilidades

• Assemble and deliver patient meal trays according to prescribed diets and meal orders.
• Verify patient identity before meal delivery.
• Communicate with nursing staff regarding dietary needs and special instructions.
• Deliver snacks, nutritional supplements, and enteral feeding products as needed.
• Ensure meal service meets quality, accuracy, and timeliness standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and team members.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention guidelines.
• Rotate food products using FIFO, stock and replenish supplies.
• Clean and sanitize dishes and equipment; maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist coworkers and onboard/train new team members.
