Job summary

ClaimAid in Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated Patient Resource Advocate and Front Desk Assistant to help determine eligibility for subsidized health care and support day-to-day administrative tasks. Training will prepare Advocates to obtain the Indiana Navigator license.

This full-time role offers a starting pay of $18.00/hour plus benefits including health insurance, Health Savings Account with company contributions, 401(k) with company match, and paid holidays, vacation, and volunteer time

Qualifications

• Must possess or be willing & able to obtain the Indiana Navigator License.
• Administrative work experience and organizational expertise are required.
• Customer service experience and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor are valued.
• HIPAA regulations experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Tracking license and compliance of certifications across the company and for clients as needed.
• Update welcome screen in lobby daily using PowerPoint.
• Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation activities.
• Mail distribution and welcoming visitors.
