Job summary

• Navigator license within 3 months.
• Application Counselor Certification within 3 months.
• SHIP Certification within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Assist with health insurance applications and programs.
• Educate patients on services available through NorthShore.
• Support outreach events as needed.
• Coordinate intake for new patients and provide social service referrals.
• Help patients access medical homes and navigate care.
• Resolve questions about financial aspects of care.
