ClaimAid in Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated Patient Resource Advocate and Front Desk Assistant to help determine eligibility for subsidized health care and support day-to-day administrative tasks. Training will prepare Advocates to obtain the Indiana Navigator license.

This full-time role offers a starting pay of $18.00/hour plus benefits including health insurance, Health Savings Account with company contributions, 401(k) with company match, and paid holidays, vacation, and volunteer time

Qualificações

• Must possess or be willing & able to obtain the Indiana Navigator License.
• Administrative work experience and organizational expertise are required.
• Customer service experience and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor are valued.
• HIPAA regulations experience is valued.

• Update welcome screen in lobby daily using PowerPoint.
• Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation activities.

As a ClaimAid Patient Resource Advocate and supportive Front Desk Assistant, you will serve as an expert who is able to support individuals and families by determining eligibility and enrolling them in subsidized health care coverage and support day-to-day front desk administrative duties.. ClaimAid has a thorough training program to prepare Advocates to obtain their Indiana Navigator license, which is a requirement of the position.

Primary Functions as front desk assistant:

• Tracking license and compliance of certifications across the company, as well as for clients as needed.
  • This applies to Indiana Navigator, CAC and SS compliances.
• Update welcome screen in lobby daily using Microsoft Power Point presentation
• Assist with new employee onboarding – welcome bags, employee handbook preparation, coordination of lunch, etc.
• Mail distribution
• Welcome visitors
