ClaimAid is seeking a Patient Resource Advocate in Missouri to support individuals and families by determining eligibility and enrolling them in subsidized health care coverage. This full-time role helps expand our positive impact across the state.

Starting pay is $18 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, HSA with company contribution, dental, vision and life insurance, nine paid holidays, paid time off, a 401(k) match, and more. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Administrative work experience and strong organizational skills.
• Customer service experience with a professional demeanor.
• Problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel intermittently, as needed.
• Experience following HIPAA regulations is valued.
