Job summary

Baptist Health in Conway, AR is seeking a Patient Representative I to accurately collect and input data related to revenue cycle while delivering courteous, responsive service to patients.

You will input data, support the improvement of customer satisfaction, and uphold productivity and quality standards while handling multiple tasks. The role also includes assisting with training new staff or implementing new processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year related experience or Associates or Bachelor degree in the health care field.
• Customer service and computer skills required.
• One year experience as a Patient Rep I required.
