Job summary

St. Luke’s Hospital in Missouri is seeking a patient liaison to initiate patient flow on arrival and support operations needed to comply with managed care contracts and CMS regulations.

You will conduct face-to-face interviews with patients to ensure successful clinical outcomes and maintain charge integrity in the revenue cycle, while promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Duties align with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree or equivalent work experience

Position Summary:

Acts a patient liaison upon arrival to initiate patient flow and operations necessary to comply with managed care contracts and CMS regulations.
