• Assist with pre-admission processes and follow-up communications with families.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary clinical setting and adapt to different locations as needed.

In Patient Registration Therapies at Patriot Park Homewood

Work schedule will be Full-time on the Day Shift, Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:30p.

Summary

Responsible for performing multiple customer-focused Children's Behavioral Health tasks (pre-registration verification, pre-admission, limited financial counseling, scheduling and follow-up appointments, co-pay collection, order entry, account verification and updates, urgent registrations). Responsible for the maintenance of CBH patient records, including filing, scanning, and coordinating record releases with the COA HIM department. Responsible for working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical setting. Must be flexible and willing to work in different physical locations and roles as needed to meet customer needs. Expected to report as needed during periods of inclement weather, disasters, and states of emergency.

• Ability to work independently.
• Prefer knowledge/experience with EPIC Financials and one year of previous work experience with automated scheduling and registration applications preferred.

Responsible for working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical setting. Must be flexible and willing to work in different physical locations and roles as needed to meet customer needs.
