Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. in Paris, TX is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative - Patient Registration.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering fast, compassionate, and accurate access to care while navigating multiple computer systems to complete registrations efficiently. This PRN role requires day, evening, and overnight availability, holiday and weekend coverage, and shifts ranging 8–12 hours with a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.
• Experience with patient access, medical registration, insurance verification, or front desk is a plus (but not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist patients with check-in.
• Use multiple computer systems to register patients efficiently.
• Answer phones and gather accurate patient information quickly.
• Support timely access to care by minimizing registration delays.
