Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Part-time PRN Customer Service Representative - Patient Registration in Round Rock, Texas. You will be the first contact for patients, handling check-in across multiple systems with compassion and accuracy, and supporting access to care.

You’ll gather patient information, answer inquiries, collect co-pays, and coordinate with clinical teams to maintain smooth flow and timely access to services. Training is provided and the role offers growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.

Responsibilities

• Register patients across multiple computer systems to ensure fast, accurate check-in.
• Answer phones and collect accurate patient information quickly and compassionately.
• Collect co-pays and provide cost estimates when applicable.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
