Responsibilities

• Obtains information from physicians and other resources to complete the registration process.
• Provides information on admissions policies and HIPAA, obtaining signed acknowledgements where needed.
• Collects payments including co-pays, deductibles, and deposits, and processes financial aid forms when applicable.
• Completes the registration process with forms, labels, armbands, and other documents as necessary.
• Responds to schedule changes by assisting in other areas of registration.
