Kickapoo Community Health Services within the Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas seeks a Registration Clerk to support patient intake and data accuracy. You will greet patients, verify eligibility, collect demographics and input information into Next Gen Practice Management at every visit.

You will also assist with billing, cashiering, scheduling and confidential record-keeping, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and high-quality customer service in a busy clinic environment.

Competenze

• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and beneficial.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of healthcare/office experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and terminology knowledge.

Mansioni

• Greet patients and collect demographic and eligibility information.
• Input verified data into the Next Gen Practice Management system at each visit.
• Assist with medical billing, cashiering and clerical duties as needed.
• Collect third party coverage details and obtain required signatures.
• Schedule appointments and manage reminders; maintain confidential files.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information about services and hours.
