Hanker Systems, Inc. is seeking a Patient Service/Access Representative to support patient access activities in an outpatient clinic setting.

Responsibilities include scheduling, pre-registration, referrals, authorizations, financial clearance, and patient registration. You will verify insurance eligibility, benefits, TPL, Medi-Cal/Medicare, and Workers Compensation, determine patient responsibility, provide estimates, and collect co-pays/deductibles while delivering excellent customer service

Formación

• Experience with medical insurance, referrals, and benefit plans.
• 3+ years as a Patient Service/Access Representative in an outpatient Clinic Or medical office
• Epic experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
