Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Medical Terminology training within one year.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and general office software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tests and procedures with required resources and schedule.
• Perform pre-registration tasks and collect demographic, financial, and biographical data.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and determine patient financial responsibility.
• Collect point of service payments and ensure compliance with regulations.
