TEKsystems is seeking a dependable Patient Registration Representative to support front-office operations at our Santa Rosa, CA location. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, identity verification, insurance coordination, and exceptional patient service in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

This fully onsite contract-to-hire position offers a pay rate of $25.00 per hour and requires strong communication and attention to detail.

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Patient Registration Representative to support patient registration and front-office operations. This position serves as a key point of contact for patients and visitors and requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Register patients and accurately enter demographic and personal information into the system.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Rosa, CA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
