TEKsystems is seeking compassionate Patient Services Representatives to support increased call volumes during enrollment season. The role involves inbound calls with patients, caregivers, and providers, delivering excellent service while documenting interactions and verifying eligibility.

Patient Services Representative

Location: Hybrid (Remote Monday & Friday | Onsite Tuesday-Thursday)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Type: 4-6 Month Contract with Potential for Permanent Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate Patient Services Representatives to support increased call volumes during a busy enrollment season. This role focuses on assisting patients, caregivers, providers, and advocacy partners through inbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service and accurately documenting patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and pharmaceutical partners.
• Explain assistance programs, eligibility requirements, and available resources.
• Document customer interactions accurately and process supporting documentation.
• Calculate and verify eligibility information.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance when handling sensitive patient information.
• Resolve inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Midlothian, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
