CommonSpirit Health's California Hospital Medical Center in downtown Los Angeles is hiring a Patient Registration Representative. You will greet patients, collect demographics, verify insurance, and explain hospital policies to families to ensure a smooth registration experience.
You will enter data into the ADT system, identify patients to avoid duplicate records, and review accounts for accuracy and required documentation, while meeting CMS billing requirements.
As our Patient Registration Representative, you will ensure a positive patient experience during registration, employing excellent customer service.
Every day you will identify patients, collect accurate demographics, verify insurance, determine/collect financial liability, and explain hospital policies and patient rights to families.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate exceptional customer service, meticulous attention to detail in data/insurance, and strong communication, crucial for patient satisfaction and reimbursement.
