Location:Henry Ford Hospital Rochester - 1101 W University Dr, Rochester, MI 48307
Schedule:Full-Time (36 Hours/Week), Every other weekend and holiday rotation
Shift:Afternoons 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Position Overview:
You’ll play a vital role in supporting patients and visitors. Following standard operating procedures, you’ll manage patient reception, face-to-face check-ins, pre-registration, insurance eligibility confirmation, and cash collections.
Your responsibilities include new patient registration, updating records, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and compassion. As the first point of contact, you will advocate for patients, ensuring their needs are met while providing exceptional service that fosters trust and loyalty.
