You¿ll handle patient registration, insurance eligibility verification, and cash collections, while advocating for patient needs and providing outstanding customer service. What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service over the phone, in person, and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience in patient admitting, registration, and/or insurance eligibility verification in a hospital or medical office setting.
• EPIC training/experience and familiarity with insurance payor systems and ICD-10 medical terminology.
