Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital Patient Registration department or related revenue cycle role.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Explain hospital policies and patient rights to families.
• Enter complete demographic and financial data into the ADT system accurately for reimbursement.
• Ensure compliance with CMS/regulatory requirements and complete documentation.
