Talentify is seeking a Patient Registration Clerk to support the Woman Health Center, Family Health Center and Bariatrics. You will register patients, collect demographic and insurance information, and ensure proper documentation for accurate billing.

You will verify insurance details, schedule tests or surgeries, and maintain confidentiality in line with policy. Strong data-entry and PC skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma and ability to type; proficient PC skills are essential.
• Minimum of one-year experience in a healthcare environment; understanding of healthcare insurance carriers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients in the EMR system accurately and efficiently.
• Contact patients courteously and verify demographic/insurance information.
• Answer phones and document messages for the appropriate recipients.
