Responsibilities

• Operate multi-line, multi-extension switchboard and process messages.
• Monitor hospital alarms and respond per policy.
• Cross-train within the department for pre-admissions, outpatient, and switchboard duties.
• Demonstrate professional communication with patients, staff and community.
