• Discharge patients, document charges and payments, and maintain records.
• Make and verify appointments, manage scheduling and cancellations.
• Process daily summaries of payments, charges, and claim edits.
• Handle incoming calls and provide information as needed.
• Assist clinical staff with clerical duties and inventory tasks.
• Open mail and route to appropriate personnel.
• Process medical record requests with proper documentation.
