Responsibilities

• Bill all inpatient and outpatient accounts assigned by the Unit Billing Supervisor.
• Collect and make payment arrangements within 90 days after first notice of delinquency.
• Refund any overpayments to third parties or individuals within assigned area.
• Substantiate and dispose of unapplied activity payments in assigned area.
• Handle all patient and third party inquiries regarding account status.
