The Patient Advocate serves as a key point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while supporting front office operations. This role is responsible for patient registration, answering and directing phone calls, collecting and posting patient payments, maintaining medical records, and ensuring a positive patient experience throughout the surgical care process. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
