GulfShore Endoscopy Center, we are seeking a Receptionist, medical records, Front & back office Help on a full time basis. The Registration Representative/ Medical Records, interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system; Collect monies due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure. Answer incoming phone calls.
Under the direction of the Business Office Manager, Front Desk Receptionist/Medical Record reports to Office Manager and supervises no staff members is responsible for covering any aspect of the business office necessary. Maintains the Practice's medical records according to established guidelines and requirements. Reviews records for compliance with approved policies.
