Qualifications

• Two years of experience working with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Process referral orders from Vibrant Health providers to external facilities.
• Verify insurance, obtain pre-authorizations, and track turnaround times.
• Document referral status and communicate with care teams.
• Notify patients and providers of issues or denials.
• Coordinate appointments and maintain provider relationships.
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with security protocols.
