Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process all patient referrals for specialty services.
• Verify and update registration data, demographics and insurance information.
• Coordinate appointments, authorizations and tests across clinics.
• Enter referrals and authorizations into the computer system per policy.
• Communicate with patients to schedule and follow referrals.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
