• One year front office or revenue cycle experience in healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Obtains referral requests from physicians.
• Verifies insurance coverage and authorizations as needed.
• Pre-certification, registration, and case-related issue resolution prior to appointments.
• Gathers information from insurance carriers and patients to determine financial obligations.
• Documents referral paperwork and communicates referral details to patients and staff.
• Acts as liaison between hospitals, physicians, plans, vendors, and patients.
• Supports PSR position as needed.
