Memorial Healthcare is seeking a referral coordinator in Hollywood, FL to facilitate retrieval of medical and diagnostic reports for new referrals; verify information accuracy and schedule all new patient consults and evaluations.

You will work closely with nurse navigators, APRNs and physicians to ensure all patient information and documentation are obtained. You will download compact discs (CDs) through the PACS scanning system and transfer images to the patient chart.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a related healthcare field.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate retrieval of medical and diagnostic reports for new referrals.
• Verify accuracy of information and schedule patient consults.
• Work with nurses, APRNs and physicians to gather patient data.
• Handle PACS image transfers to patient charts.
