Join a team focused on compassionate patient care, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a competitive pay rate of $21.00–$25.00 per hour. Relevant healthcare experience and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in medical assisting or healthcare administration is a plus.
• Experience in a healthcare administrative or medical assistant role preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Proficiency in office software
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, relay messages.
• Referrals: Manage patient referrals to specialists, coordinate follow-ups, inform patients.
• Inventory Management: Monitor supplies, place orders, ensure proper storage.
• Patient Interaction: Greet/check-in, verify insurance, collect payments.
• EMR Maintenance: Document findings and appointments in the EMR system.
• Lab Work: Prepare and process lab samples with proper labeling
