• Verify patient insurance information is accepted by partnering institutions.
• Follow-up with patients to ensure referrals and notes are obtained and scanned into the chart.
• Complete requests for follow-up, referrals, and manage tasks in NextGen by week’s end.
• Document patient information securely in the EHR and support HIPAA compliance.
