Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the patient encounter as listed in the procedure manual; verify patient's name, address, phone number and health insurance coverage; direct patients to appropriate clinic locations as indicated by the schedule.
• Discuss payments arrangements with patients and assist with setting up payment plans for previous debts.
• Make daily deposits for cash, checks and credit cards.
• Monitor the lobby area and assist patients or visitors as needed.
