You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, work with CRM and order systems, and coordinate with pharmacy/fulfillment teams while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records. Minimum 1+ year of experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of customer support experience required (healthcare/pharmacy preferred).
• Comfort with CRM/help-desk and order systems.
• Working awareness of HIPAA requirements.
• Pharmacy or healthcare experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities
