Rx Here in Manassas, VA is seeking a Fulfillment & Logistics leader to own end-to-end operations for nationwide cash-pay orders. You will oversee picking, packing, shipping, inventory accuracy, and carrier performance across the team.

The role requires 3+ years in fulfillment or warehouse management, experience with shipping platforms, and a results-driven approach to throughput and compliance, including cold-chain where required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fulfillment or warehouse management.
• Experience with shipping platforms and carrier logistics.
• Proven team leadership and process optimization.
• Familiarity with regulated or temperature-sensitive shipping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fulfillment operations and team across pick/pack/ship
• Optimize throughput, accuracy, and order turnaround
• Manage carrier relationships and shipping platforms (e.g., ShipStation, FedEx)
• Oversee cold-chain / temperature-controlled shipping where required
• Maintain inventory accuracy and fulfillment KPIs
• Ensure compliant handling and packaging of pharmaceutical shipments
