Responsabilités

• Documents, investigates and resolves patient grievances.
• Refer complaints involving threats of litigation to risk management.
• Maintain accurate records of patient contacts.
• Assist leaders with interpreting and analyzing issues related to systems and procedures.
• Educate leaders and physicians on patient advocacy policies.
• Facilitate resolution of patient advocacy issues with management and staff.
• Perform leaders rounds on hospital units.
• Perform other related duties as required.
