Job summary

Providence is seeking a Program Manager of Patient Experience to oversee patient experience programming across our hospitals. You will coordinate initiatives, align with enterprise strategies, and guide teams to foster patient-centered care.

You will collaborate with executives, physicians, and frontline caregivers to understand key patient experience drivers, develop initiatives, and coach teams to implement action plans based on bi-annual assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years as a project manager or program coordinator in healthcare.
• At least 3 years of data interpretation experience.
• At least 3 years of small group facilitation and presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide patient experience programming across Providence hospitals.
• Collaborate with leaders, physicians, and frontline staff to develop initiatives and action plans.
• Develop hospital-level action plans from bi-annual assessments and monitor progress.
