Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Full-Time Parking Lot Attendant at UHealth in Miami to monitor lots/garages, assist guests, and enforce parking rules. Shifts vary and may include weekends; vaccination proof is required before employment. Location: 1400 NW 12th Ave, Miami, FL 33136.

The role emphasizes customer service, safe traffic flow, and reporting safety or operation concerns. Must be 21+, pass background, and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with guests.
• Ability to learn quickly and use sound decision making in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to operate guest vehicles requiring normal coordination.
• Previous valet experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).

Responsibilities

• Patrol parking lots, garages, and designated parking areas to ensure compliance with parking regulations and permit requirements.
• Monitor parking facilities for unauthorized vehicles, improper parking, and restricted-access violations.
• Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic during peak periods, special events, emergencies, and facility closures.
• Provide courteous customer service by answering questions and assisting employees, patients, visitors, students, and guests.
• Educate customers regarding parking rules, permit requirements, payment options, and transportation services.
• Report parking violations, accidents, incidents, safety hazards, and maintenance concerns to the supervisor.
