Reimagined Parking is hiring for an Overnight Hospital Parking Ambassador in Miami, FL. This full-time, night-shift role (11pm–7am) involves greeting guests, guiding parking, handling payments, and maintaining a safe, organized parking environment at UHealth (1400 NW 12th Ave).

Pay is $18/hour plus tips, with vaccination and background checks required. The position requires strong customer service, reliable transportation and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Dependable, punctual and professional appearance and conduct.
• Must pass background check and be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify).

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and professional experience to customers and visitors.
• Greet and assist patrons with parking directions, payment options, and general inquiries.
• Monitor parking areas for compliance with rules and regulations.
• Issue parking citations or warnings per policy.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns or service requests.
• Assist with traffic flow during peak hours, events, or emergencies.
• Conduct basic facility checks (signage, cleanliness, equipment).
• Report hazards or maintenance needs to management.
• Use parking systems or handheld devices as required.
