Reimagined Parking seeks a Hospital Valet Parking Attendant to join our team at UHealth, Miami. You will greet guests, issue tickets, and safely park and retrieve vehicles while delivering top-notch customer service in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The role requires reliable attendance, a valid driver’s license, a clean background, and eligibility to work in the U.S. Compensation is $15/hour plus tips, with shifts Monday through Friday.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Background check required by company policy and law.
• Authorized to work in the United States; E-Verify.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate valet service from arrival to departure with guest interaction.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely with accurate location tracking.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests as needed.
• Act as brand ambassador, open doors and assist with loading items.
• Direct traffic, monitor areas, and arrange towing when required.
• Process valet fees and reconcile end-of-shift revenue.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly for waiting guests and assist with luggage.
• Report incidents to supervisor immediately.
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.
