Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field, and 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, business support, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask questions or elevate an issue.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to work.
• Previous experience supporting projects or operational initiatives is preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Familiarity with community-based health care, Medicaid and Medicare, FQHCs, or public health programs.
• Experience with EHR-based reporting and data extraction.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Korean.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning, timelines, and deliverables from initiation to completion.
• Maintain project timelines, task lists, status trackers, and documentation.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, notes, and action items.
• Track milestones, deadlines, and outstanding items; escalate delays.
• Prepare updates, reports, and presentations for leadership.
• Maintain organized project files and cross-functional communication.
