Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field.
• 1-3 years of project coordination, operations, administration, or related experience.
• Ability to work independently with proactive problem-solving.
• Valid California driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects.
• Maintain project timelines, task lists, status trackers, and documentation.
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-up actions.
• Track deliverables, milestones, deadlines, and outstanding items.
• Prepare project updates, status reports, and presentations.
• Maintain organized project files and records.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and operational initiatives.
