Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Patient Registration to streamline new patient transitions to our home infusion services.

You will work with Sales to prepare patients for services and coordinate all aspects of their transition to home/AIS, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for patients and referral partners. The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, handling documentation, and supporting payment activities while delivering excellent customer service in a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience.
• Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals.
• Must be detail-oriented with a high degree of quality focus.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Engages with patient, referral source, sales, pharmacy, and nursing to coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery.
• Creates, communicates and obtains all required documentation for new referrals.
• Secures patient's upfront payment including assisting patients to find avenues for payment where needed (identifies opportunities and directs patient to financial assistance program).
• Supports the ongoing activities needed to ensure clean claims on hold and denial management (follow-up on paperwork where missing).
• Assist Patient Registration Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed.
