Job summary

Monovo is actively seeking a Clinic Coordinator to lead in-clinic patient onboarding and support Monovo programs within partner clinics. The role focuses on identifying eligible patients, enrolling them, and guiding device and app setup, while ensuring documentation and billing processes are accurate and complete.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with patients in healthcare, clinic, care coordination, patient access, or medical office.
• Strong communication skills to explain healthcare programs clearly to patients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to follow workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding activities with accurate documentation.
• Comfort communicating with patients, providers, clinic staff, billing teams, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with medical documentation, insurance details, billing, coding, or revenue cycle workflows.
• Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn new systems and adapt to evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients who may qualify for Monovo programs based on criteria, insurance eligibility, and provider guidance.
• Explain program purpose, benefits, expectations, and next steps to eligible patients.
• Guide patients through enrollment and onboarding within Monovo systems and the clinic EHR.
• Obtain and document required patient information, consent, insurance, and enrollment docs.
• Educate patients on devices, apps, monitoring, and how to contact the care team.
• Assist with device/app setup and troubleshoot onboarding issues.
• Confirm patient readiness before completing onboarding.
• Support providers with enrollment conversations and workflow coordination.
• Follow up to resolve missing information and onboarding barriers.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to eligibility, enrollment, onboarding, and clinic coordination.
• Communicate updates to providers, billing, RCM, and operations.
• Serve as in-clinic resource for questions on Monovo programs and enrollment workflows.
• Provide a positive patient experience with clear communication and empathy.
• Identify opportunities to improve enrollment and clinic workflows.
