Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking a Patient Safety Attendant to support high-risk patients on the Nursing Resource Pool. You will monitor and assist with essential care under the supervision of a registered nurse, prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities include setting up meals, assisting with hygiene, aiding mobility, offering fluids, and providing diversionary activities. CPR/BLS certification and a high school diploma are required.

Nursing Resource Pool:
Patient safety attendants perform specific patient care activities as assigned by the patient's RN considering age specific, developmental, cultural and spiritual needs. They will be working with high risk suicide precaution patients.
Patient Safey Attendants will remain with, and observe the assigned patient at all times. Patient must be in direct observation. Companions will arrange meal and break time with the patient's nurse to ensure that the patient is never unattended.
3pm-11:30pm, 11 pm-7:30am
Full-time, Part-time
Every Other Weekend and Holiday per year required for Full-time and Part-time team members.
