TouchPoint in Wichita, KS is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Patient Observation Assistant positions. The role involves monitoring patients under RN direction, completing reports, and supporting safety and comfort in daily care.

Compensation includes a fixed pay rate of $15.86 per hour, with paid training and certifications. Requires high school diploma or GED, and CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire where applicable.<\/p>

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR AED or BLS certification within 30 days of hire where required.
• Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods; lift up to 50 pounds.
• 1–2 years of previous experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Visually and audibly monitors the patient’s condition at all times.
• Completes observation reports at established intervals.
• Assist with meals, positioning, and safe patient handling as directed by staff.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and escalate to nurses as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean patient environment and assist with patient comfort.
