TouchPoint is hiring for full-time and part-time Patient Observation Lead positions at SP Via Christi St Francis in Wichita, KS. The role leads a team of Patient Observation Associates to ensure safe, timely, and accurate observation of patients who cannot be left unattended.

The position offers day and night shifts (3:00 pm–11:30 pm and 11:00 pm–7:30 am) with rotating weekends. Prior leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lead daily operations of Patient Observation associates.
• Strong communication with staff and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily work of Patient Observation Associates.
• Coordinate assignments and staffing with client personnel.
• Ensure coverage with float break coverage and shift reports.
• Cross-train in Patient Transport and other departments as applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
